Brewing instructions:

First, pre-heat a porcelain or purple clay teapot with boiled water, then put 5 grams of tea in the teapot and infuse approximately 200ml 90-95 Celsius degrees water. Steep 10 seconds for the first brew, 10 seconds for the second and 15 seconds for the third. Allow an additional 5 seconds for each subsequent brew depending on personal preference.
