Pu Erh Tea Caffeine

Does tea naturally have caffeine? Yes. Tea is known to have varying quantities of caffeine. On average Black/Ripe/Shou Pu’erh teas contain about 60–70 milligrams of caffeine per 8 oz cup, and Green/Raw/Sheng Pu’erh yields about 30–40 milligrams of caffeine for the same sized serving. Compared to coffe, tea has least caffeine.

Asian weight loss tea

It is important to drink pu erh tea about one hour after a meal rather than before. For slimming purpose, Raw would perform better than Ripe ones. As the cooked ripe puerh tea can keep the stomach fit and warm it, you could drink ripe tea after dinner.
